Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

I find it slightly amusing with a touch of annoying when I hear an outsider talk about another's marriage.  It is amusing because I've been there but annoying because nobody really knows what goes on in someone else's marriage.  Even the people involved can't exactly describe what is going on even when they try.

This is what Iove about Gone Girl.   Flynn does an amazing job getting into this warped marriage and describing what the occupants of this marriage can not.  Both Characters, Nick and Amy, see themselves and each other in a warped way.  One of them is more warped than the other.  I could go on and on about this book but I'm afraid I'd give too  much away.  Needless to say, this was a page turner and worth  every minute spent on it.
